Here’s a quick post about one of my favorite bands, Sleeping At Last. I stumbled upon them a little over a year ago through a hang out session with my bff Jessica. At first I was like, eh. They’re okay. And then I got their CD Storyboards. And I cannot STOP listening to it. And I really like their merch too, like this awesome shirt.
So, enjoy this song. YouTube other Sleeping At Last songs, if you wanna get a better feel for their stuff. They won’t disappoint.
Well, well, well! If it isn’t the end of the first week of my last year in college! I survived! I think this is what Darwin was talking about when he theorized the survival of the fittest. This week has been great. My classes are going to keep me pretty busy! CRU worship last night was the bomb. Jason did a great job with the message and the worship team was the best I’ve ever heard them. Tonight we had a cookout and scavenger hunt. I went to the cookout but I opted out of the scavenger hunt. The cookout was baller though. 🙂
So, my most recent music purchase is Leeland‘s CD Love is on the Move. It’s pretty durn good! I heard their music about a year ago and was totally not diggin it. But, my music palate has changed since then. Enjoy it. The singer’s voice is super unique. It kind of reminds me of Sleeping at Last. Not that they sound alike, they just are both very different bands. You know?
Anyways, I’m going to go study and then possibly get ice cream with my dear Aimee! 🙂
